It includes both acrylic crystals and driftwood media for flexible styling, delivering the look of a modern ribbon of fire with the safety and simplicity of electricity and water. Everyday use stays easy: enjoy flame-only operation or turn on Comfort$aver® supplemental heat when you want it. Electricals are project-friendly with 120/240V hardwire (optional plug kit available), and control lives in the Flame Connect App, on-unit touch controls, and the handheld remote. For longer runtimes, you can connect to a continuous water supply—a practical choice for busy homes and commercial spaces.
