Why It Matters

When Was Your Chimney Last Inspected?

If you can’t remember, it’s been too long. Chimneys collect creosote, drop debris, lose mortar joints, and crack flue liners—and most of that damage you can’t see from the room below.

After a chimney fire, lightning strike, or a heavy storm, hidden damage shows up that wouldn’t be visible without a video inspection. A liner crack the width of a credit card is enough to vent carbon monoxide into your house instead of out the top of your chimney.

Annual CSIA-certified sweeps catch buildup before it becomes a fire hazard. Level 1 and Level 2 inspections—including video scanning—find structural problems before your insurance company finds out about them. We’ve been doing this work in southwest Wisconsin since 1991.

After we sweep and inspect, you light a fire knowing the chimney’s clear, the flue’s intact, and the cap’s in place. And you’ve got a written record of inspection if anyone ever asks.

Why Hire Us for Your Chimney Service

CSIA-Certified Sweeps

The Chimney Safety Institute of America is the gold standard for chimney work. Every tech we send is certified—no contractors, no shortcuts.

Level 2 Video Inspections

We don’t just look at what we can see from the bottom and the top. A camera goes down the flue, and you get the footage.

Service Business, First and Always

We started in 1991 sweeping chimneys and fixing inserts. Sales came later—chimney service is the work that built the business.

Post-Storm Assessments

After a chimney fire, lightning strike, or major storm, we do thorough assessments to find hidden damage before you light another fire.

Honest Repair Recommendations

We do sweeps and inspections in-house. For masonry repair, relining, and crown work, we refer you to specialists who do that full-time. We won’t fake it.

Annual Service Relationship

We’re the team you call back next year, and the year after that. Most of our chimney customers we’ve been seeing for a decade or more.

“They went out of their way to service my stove and chimney. Very thorough. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Adjusted and repaired what needed to be. Left me with confidence that we had a safe stove for the winter.”
